Surprisingly great stay! Reviews are not always right!

We booked this hotel last minute and we’re not expecting much but we were so pleasantly surprised.
Interesting family room layout that the kids, loved, great bathrooms and the beds were excellent.
Cleanliness was amazing, really a high level.
Nice people, we would definitely come again.
Manage your expectations and you will have a great stay and great value for money.

Substandard

The room was not worth its price. Outdated furniture, curtain hung partly from the rail, bath with shower curtain, noisy, coffee maker but no cups or coffee in sight,...
Owner called me because I had not booked directly, but through booking.com. The staff is more friendly but very short: handing over key without explanation; I had to ask myself where the elevator or stairs were.
The only positive is the abundance of super bath towels and toiletries.

Thuiskomen in Knokke.

The hotel is great. It is located within walking distance of the beach, the shopping street and nice restaurants. The rooms and bathroom are not too big but very neat and clean, the beds are large and of top quality. We slept very well. Also the breakfast is a topper, different kinds of rolls and breakfast cakes, cake, freshly cut fruit, all charcuterie, many kinds of cheese, beautiful fresh smoked salmon, all kinds of salads, too many to name everything.... was a beautiful breakfast! It is also very cozy with a nice cozy bar and especially the landlord Jan who receives you with a feeling of coming home!! We will definitely be back!

Warm family hotel with excellent service

A warm family hotel, hospitable staff and prime location for beach, shops and nature reserve het Zwin. Enjoy the room, the rich breakfast buffet and the relaxed atmosphere every time. And the delicious Belgian cuisine of course for lunch and dinner.

Fine welcoming Hotel

Service very good, Room very good, Food great, Location excellent, Bed lovely, in short highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable stay for 1 or more nights, wonderfully quiet, all hotspots within walking distance.
