Good hotel!
We stayed in a nice room with well adjustable air conditioning, as well as an open bathroom. The water easily splashes out of the shower so the entire bathroom floor got wet. Despite the fact that this is a relatively new hotel, there were some outlets missing to the left and right of the bed.
The room and the hotel in general has a very modern feel.
Good bed, nothing to criticize. Friendly staff, friendly staff.
Wellness: both inside and outside the jacuzzi was inoperative, which was a shame.
Breakfast could be better. The basic things were present, only scrambled eggs and bacon were missing. That's a bit of a shame, because it's definitely something you'd expect given the luxury look of the hotel. There were boiled eggs, but not everyone likes them.
In terms of location: an ideal hotel outside the city of Kortrijk. At 15 min cycling distance via junctions you are in the city center. Parking at the hotel is also free.

Well but with surprise

Breakfast, nix specials, boring viennoiseries, luckily pancakes
Nicely groomed fruit
The shower dial is super awkward, counterfeit vola...
slept very well until the alarm went off , up to 25 min. and with other guests
searched for a responsible person... no one present
Luckily, a guest found the alarm off button
Meanwhile, the police had already been called, but still no trace of an owner or anything! Is this normal?
We are still waiting for compensation and mss a word of apology
second night slept like a baby after enjoying all wellness facilities
and the beautiful surroundings.

Not recommended.
Not recommended. It's terrible. At least that's what it feels like.
Staff friendly but rooms very humid and near the windows full of mold. Can't open anything either. No fresh air. Toilet in open space. Breakfast very expensive and nothing special.

Room was not ready by the time I arrived, check in was supposed to be at 2pm, room was only ready 2:45pm. Spa and indoor pool was closed, only open from Thursday onwards, this was to advertized this way. All in all, dissapointing stay.

Les Misérables
The Mood in a crematorium is even cozier. Reception looks like a concrete bunker, no appearance. Explanation of the guarantee: 'after inspection of the room you will get it back' , sorry but you do not say it that way . Ecotax? Never experienced it. Cold white room, no toilet door. No kettle or coffee machine provided. Bathrobes with a chip sewn in, charged in case of theft..what do they expect from their guests? No power outlets next to the bed, in this day and age ?? Curtains were very dirty. Double bed booked, there was not , got two single beds . You can't do that. Never again!
