Cozy and pleasant.
A very cozy and pleasant hotel. Very casual atmosphere, friendly staff and a bar/resto open 24/24.
My room was also cozy and comfortable and with air conditioning. The bathroom with walk-in shower was equipped with everything you need.
Since now my preference in terms of hotel.

Being welcomed by the loveliest smile from a friendly staff makes you feel the hotel was the right choice. Cool interior, room was ok. Location is just perfect, walking distance to everything.
Nice parking underground (not suitable for large cars).
Next time I drop the breakfast as it was rather lean.
Apart from boring breakfast, this is a good place to stay.

Great stay, fun hotel!
We were 3 adults and stayed 4 nights for Rock Werchter in a Junior Suite room. The room was very spacious. We had a king bed and they set up a single bed on the opposite side of the room so the 3rd person had their own space. We also had a lot of luggage and there was plenty of room for everything. The AC worked well and the light was great. Breakfast was plentiful to start the day right and the coffee is especially nice. About 15 min walk to the station with eateries all around. Excellent service from everyone we encountered as well. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable beds, friendly personnel, great location in the center. Airco units are loud (we were told they all are). I could hear the airco as a constant noise, even with earplugs.

Hotel with unique decor, ideal location, and good breakfast
Liked · The location is really top-notch. We appreciated the breakfast; there were vegan options that we did not try, but the offer was there, an exceptionally high-quality yogurt, and several different items. Our room was a nice size and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the secure parking at the hotel. WARNING: request your access plan at least 24 hours in advance to study it; you will enter a pedestrian zone. I missed some information, and we found ourselves in front of the cathedral, which caused an additional 15-minute detour and an awkward situation. At the hotel reception, our pass becomes valid for the pedestrian zone. Upon our arrival, we were given two 50% discount coupons for wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. We liked the industrial decor, with a caveat explained below.
Did not like · High prices for cocktails as well as very small bags of chips at 4 euros!!!! We refused the first room that was offered to us for two reasons: it faced a terrace where we suspected there would be noise (the hotel attracts a young clientele and is located in a university area), and the air conditioning was very noisy. We were offered a room that faced the back. Despite everything, the air conditioning made a terrible noise; fortunately, we are easy sleepers. The concept of the hotel is to break conventions, to venture into unexplored areas. The decor was to our taste, but beyond the concept, one should maintain a slight discomfort. In the dining room, there were several torn armchairs where the stuffing was visible. Here, it is a matter of hygiene; crumbs from bread, croissants, and others can enter, and it does not leave a good impression.
