Lovely hotel, very luxurious. Booked 2 adults and child 9 years. Unfortunately hotel did not get child age and set up a cot. Did change this quickly. Enquired about spa and pool, disappointed with the €12.50 charge but well worth it. Disappointing about taking children in pool is only mornings, had hope to swim on arrival but unable to do this with my son. I had check pool use with hotel before booking. Had I known I wouldn’t have booked this hotel as very over priced for room only and no swimming access.
Breakfast was nice, but not worth €26.50 euros each. Just very disappointed

Disappointing
We had high hopes for this wellness hotel, but unfortunately our experience was nothing short of disappointing. For the price you pay you can expect a much higher level of service, maintenance and hospitality.
The biggest drawbacks:
* The hotel room had a clumsy layout due to a sloping wall near the toilet.
* For bathrobes you have to pay separately, while you already put a substantial amount for a wellness hotel.
* The staff came across as uninterested and unfriendly.
* The air conditioning / air treatment made a lot of noise continuously.
* Children are not allowed in the sauna between 7 am and 10 pm. It turned out that was only mentioned somewhere at the bottom of the website and was not clearly communicated when booking. As a result, you do pay for facilities that you cannot use.
* The doors of the hotel rooms constantly squeak, giving you a frequent wake-up call.
* The pool smelled strongly of sewers.
* The floor in the sauna was dirty and slippery.
* One of the showers did not work.
* Both the Turkish sauna and the Finnish sauna were not at good temperature.
* There was no pouring oil available anywhere, something you expect in a wellness hotel.
* There is a cocktail menu on the table, but a simple Espresso Martini could not be made.
Breakfast was also disappointing. The breakfast room looks outdated and lacks atmosphere. During breakfast both the scrambled eggs and the oranges for the fresh orange juice were gone. Despite a relatively small crowd, it took almost an hour for this to be replenished. This gives the impression that the organization is not prepared for peak times.
All in all, the image emerges of a hotel where the daily management is lacking. There seems to be no one around who actively focuses on quality, maintenance and guest experience. Many of the points mentioned are easy to solve, but as long as they are not addressed, the overall experience falls far short of what you can expect for this price.
Too bad, because the base of the hotel certainly has potential, but at the moment the value for money is not in balance for us.

A beautiful hotel set in a very remote quiet location.
Has a lovely spa, indoor and outdoor pool and restaurant on site.
Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Very friendly staff, beautiful property with even more beautiful surroundings. the room was clean and spacious, however a tad on the hot side. I haven't used the spa bu tthe rest of the hotel is mint.
