Excellent!

The entire staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and also very efficient.
This is my second stay at this hotel.
The first night was just a week ago, from May 30 to 31, room 224.
The second night was from yesterday to today, room 109.
For both experiences, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, with excellent bedding.
Large parking lot with several charging stations.
Very decent breakfast.
P.S.: Thank you for the carafes of water!

Room 107 was not cleaned when we got the key- cobwebs around the room and hairs in the bed. card, when we mentioned this to staff they said they would get it cleaned, we came back later in the evening and it had still. It been cleaned, upon mentioning it to staff again they did not care, and when mentioning it to another staff member on departure they still did not care, poor standards of cleaning, below par expectations of the staff, was not an enjoyable stay

Ideal for a stopover or to visit Brussels (with a vehicle).

This hotel stands out for its simple yet comfortable rooms, exemplary cleanliness, and a good quality breakfast. Another good point: a large parking lot, closed from 10:15 PM. This is an excellent address for a stopover or to visit Brussels and its region if you have a vehicle. The value for money is excellent. The only small downside: the rates are sometimes lower on third-party booking sites than those offered to "Accor members"... A paradox that is hard to understand.

In general accommodation was good but the room was located near some extraction fans on the roof. As I arrived near midnight and had not noticed until getting in to bed I was not in the position to go and change.
Noise led to a disruptive nights sleep.

Never again...

I booked two rooms one for 3 people and one for two people including breakfast ... we arrived , we checked in and paid immediately ... at the time of check out the reception Corinne tells us that since in the booking I had indicated only me as the main guest for all the others the breakfast had to be paid separately ... I find it absurd that I book two rooms for 5 people including breakfast and breakfast can only be done by one person ... we had to pay the differences ... always the same receptionist charged us even in the previous booking of the invented supplements ... bad experience twice in a row ...
