A lovely hotel, just near the train station. We really appreciated the Aircon. Staff were very helpful and we were glad we could leave our bags until our train was due

I would never stay again

Staying at this hotel ruined my entire trip. Room was filthy with mould on the ceiling and a general dirty smell, extremely noisy and I was kept up until 2am by other guests each night and then woken up by staff running up and down the fire escape shouting at 6am. Located next to the train station which is good for travel but very unsafe at night. Very expensive too.

The location is not great as side from being close to the station, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also good so the price is reasonable.

Dirty and noisy

​I went to this hotel, luckily for one night only, as it is close to the station and not far from the main city sites. It looks nice when you arrive in the lobby.
​However, the room was not ready upon arrival, which wasn't a problem, as I only had to wait half an hour, and the receptionist offered me a drink and a snack. Once I got to the room, I noticed it hadn't been cleaned properly, and one of the towels was dirty and stained.
​I couldn't sleep all night long because of the noise from the street and the train station. I mentioned this at check-out, but not a word was said. Also, I booked through Booking.com, and I have no idea why I can't leave a review there.
​I do not suggest this hotel at all.

An excellent overnight stay right by the Brussels Midi station. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and good value for money. Literally 5 minute walk from the station.
