Great hotel, centrally located and very good service, Pablo the receptionist is extraordinary.

Hotel in a good area near the center, quiet, with great service, clean, quality breakfast, they provide water, coffee pods, apples, etc., HIGHLIGHT PABLO THE RECEPTIONIST from Seville, very friendly, and who gave us very practical recommendations for eating, having waffles, excursions, buying chocolates, etc..THANK YOU VERY MUCH PABLO, and the rest of the staff, I ask NH Hoteles to TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES, and all that remains is for me to
thank you.

Nice and cool

The air conditioning worked very well during the hot days. The room is spacious and there is a reasonable desk for working.

Nicely located hotel, near to shopping areas, Metro

Great location - within proximity with shopping areas, two blocks away from Metro Station Louise.
Some restaurants in the neighborhood too.
Free apples, candies, cold water & infused water at the lobby which was a nice touch, especially in hot summer days. Simple, but a nice touch by the hotel.
Our room was on the second floor and of decent size. A small fridge, ironing table & iron were available in the room.
First time in the hotel & this part of Brussels, but loving it and already planning a return next month.

Wonderful

Excellent. Family trip. Central and clean hotel. We have nothing but words of gratitude for all the staff, especially for reception, who were always very attentive and willing to contribute to a better stay. If we had to return, without a doubt we would stay there again.

Clean hotel and helpful staff. The air-conditioning is a bit old so struggled little with the heat
