Don't go there!!

We stayed at this property for a few days. I'd say a nightmare. I don't know where to start to say that everything was really bad, zero cleaning, dust, dirty walls, crusted and clogged shower, dirty toilet, old towels and laundry. I don't comment on the kitchen. There was also a spider outside the apartment...I think he was terrified too.
It was really cold the heating consisted of an electric heater without a fan. The TV didn't work.
The only positive thing is the closed indoor parking, unless you happen to be flooded by sewage water

Its a scam unfortunately! The pictures have no relation to the reality. Please check the reviews and ratings first cause i didn't! My door wouldn't close, everything was broken and worn out, I found clothes from the previous tenants and it was cleaned at all. The ladies who worked there were very polite though

If you don't mind to hear your neighbours and are not too hygienic pick this spot. Pictures showed the room as it has been at some point. Walls were stained, tapistry partly ripped of. Bathroom had previois residents bodyhair, mold between tiles, rubbish under bed. From staircase you could smell and see the condition of the building. Bed was comfortable.

No soap no where to place soap in the shower tv didn’t work . I guess you get what you pay for bed was comfortable parking was secure no restaurant onsite

To flee, to bring in the Hygiene Service!
Unhealthy, it is for you if you like spiders, salmonellosis, garbage in the hallway (I devoted myself to getting out because too disgusting to have it 10 m from the door of what they call an apartment), indescribable smells in writing, the management of parking spaces non-existent, yet numbered, wallpaper that peels off, paint in the shower that looks more like rust than anything else, sockets unhooked, the closet door that only holds with 1 hinge, a miracle, mold on ALL complaints, doors, I am not talking about bathroom drawers dirtier than a pigsty. I'm only disappointed I didn't read the reviews because of an emergency to rent. It’s been going on since at least 2018 when you browse through the reviews, always the same and yet still for rent! What are the hygiene services doing?
The cutlery, only 3 and no more, the windows that overlook the outside room for 1 century... Too bad we take this from our visit to Brussels!
