A beautiful luxurious hotel that was worth every penny! Fantastically located, easy access underground car park 2 mins walk away, some wonderful restaurants and scenic square just outside of the hotel. We went for the suite room and I am so glad we did. It was clean and the bed was heaven! So comfy and so much space. The bath was amazing too! Would definitiley stay again.

Romantic Luxury Getaway
Absolutely gorgeous hotel! I always think if you walk into a hotel and it smells good that it's going to be a good stay!
Lovely reception staff and the whole hotel felt very clean, luxurious. Fantastic location, parking at the indigo car park nearby is only 12 euros for 24 hours and about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Theres also a supermarket in the same area. There are some really lovely restaurants just by the hotel too.
The suite we had was beautiful. Quite location and the bed was HEAVEN, best sleep ever. Two tvs in the room in separate areas and the bathroom was huge. Lovely big bath and wonderful rainfall shower. The coffee machine was amazing, very good coffee and lovely cups to drink out of. Would highly reccommend this hotel and the suite for a treat!

Relax in this beautiful hotel
I live in Turnhout and had booked myself a night in your hotel to relax and enjoy the wellness extensively.
I was assigned the beautiful suite on the top floor of the old post office, overlooking the market. Beautiful room, very spacious and nice touches like the Japanese toilet.Top!
The wellness is small but quiet and pleasant on a weekday.
The breakfast is very extensive and tasty, with some other amenities as usual eg homemade walfeltjes, overnight oats. I can always appreciate something like that.
I did have to point out a few things that didn't work: Japanese toilet in the room did nothing better than open automatically, the rest did not work, too bad. In the wellness the water paradise also seemed a bit broken, only lukewarm hot water in 1 spray nozzle, the lockers could not be closed with the cards. I would expect you to discover such things yourself, but well, hopefully it will be solved soon after you get word about it.
Too bad you didn't know there was an event at the market, so I got evicted by banging music at 6.30. Maybe follow up on planned events a little better? I would have preferred a room in the back.
At the latest and I find that the only thing disturbing during my visit, checking out at 10 am on weekdays is really too early if you don't come for business and leave for the office at 8 am. I'm really not okay with that.
I'm definitely going to repeat this again because I enjoyed it double and hard, the little hick ups couldn't change that.
