Mediocre breakfast

The room is magnificent and very clean.
We had dinner, which was delicious and very refined, and the service was perfect.
On the other hand, the breakfast was very, very mediocre with few choices, empty dishes that were not replenished, one person serving coffee, which was of no use since there was a coffee machine, no fresh juice, and no hot choices like eggs and bacon that absolutely need to be reviewed!

To be avoided.

One night reserved following a wedding on Saturday at the Templiers.
It was a week of heatwave. What a terrible surprise to find that the air conditioning was not working. It was over 30 degrees in the room. My little dog had to stay in the room (with an extra charge). I was promised a technical intervention that never happened.
It was impossible to sleep at night because the heat was so intense.
Not a single gesture of goodwill. No response to my complaint email.
A big zero for this hotel that shows no consideration for its guests despite the very high prices.
I strongly advise against it.

Very nice, clean and modern. However, we were apparently sent a code to get into the building yet I never received it. We couldn’t get in and had to call the helpline and they told us the code through that. Apart from that everything was lovely. The only reason i gave staff 3 stars was because we hardly saw anyone.

Bad customer service

booked a room, unfortunately didnt feel good, called to cancel in the morning( not first time) and guess what, they charged the full amount, never again
