Back for another visit to the little gem in Ypres.

This is our fourth visit to Ypres and the B&B Fresco, it’s hard to put into words how welcoming the owners of this B&B are, Erik & Rosita are wonderful you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble, the bikes were garaged over night. Erik even dropped us off in town each night. I have issues with allergies and Erik and Rosita made sure I was catered for at breakfast, thank you again for another wonderful stay.

The best

This is the best place to stay in ypres,the owners are so friendly, comfortable rooms,and the breakfast fantastic, owners also let us put motorcycle in garage,it's very quite,and about 20 min walk from town centre, first class

It was fine, but owner has a nasty attitude.

We enjoyed our stay here for the most part. However, I do have to point out a few things the owner could improve on.
There was a weird plastic smell in the bathroom, no idea where it came from. I told the owner and he simply said it wasn't true...
Didn't have a closet in the room, bit annoying when you want to keep our clothes and such tidy. The place is becoming a bit old, but everything still works. Didn't have a shower, sadly. Only a bath.
I also left a review on booking.com. The owner will cuss you out if you leave a score lower than 7.
So all in all I can not recommend this place, mostly due to the owner's attitude.

Great experience - highly recomended

We very much enjoyed two days in this excellent B&B - and so much more. Easy to find, peaceful location, immaculate cleanliness, delightful and oh so fresh breakfast. Nothing not to like and we shared a story and laugh or two with the excellent hosts.

Amazing

What a lovely B&B. We were made to feel so welcome, a home from home. The rooms was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and very filling, a great start to our day. Erik and his wife gave us lots of information about things to do and were very helpful, welcoming hosts. We will definatly go back
