No nonsense fantastic bed and breakfast

Fantastic bed and breakfast very close to the centre of Ypres. Great value for your money. The twin room was spotless, spacious, beds super comfy and street parking for free outside the door.

Good location and clean

Was comfortable and is like a shared apartment (3x rooms) with shared bathroom and kitchen. Dont expect to cook much in the kitchen and the dishwasher cant be used and there are no pots and pans. There is a coffee machine with plenty of pods, a fridge, microwave and oven. They also supply a car parking permit for parking directly outside the building

The Unique B&B Inga Ypres

We were four, and I booked the Inga for a one night stay so we could visit thd Menin Gate.
On arrival a sign on the door said knock at no.57 for the key. That was strange. Then a lady dashed up the road to offer a warm welcome and we were ushered inside.
I said I had booked, and she told us that she knew and that we had the whole house for the night.
The top floor offered 2 large double bedrooms.
Thd next floor down had a huge kitchen diner, and below was a large bathroom (the only downside if you wanted the loo in the night, and a shower in the morning).
The ground floor had a reception area, and a further bedroom with a bathroom next to it.
The whole place was ultra modern and extremely clean.
In the morning a lady arrived, who spoke little to no English, and made us teas and coffees whilst laying put a buffet of fresh rolls and pain au chocolat, cereals, juice, meats and cheeses, boiled ages, yogurts and biscuits. She then wished us well and left us to it. It was a delightful experience and we enjoyed at leisure whilst discussing plans.
The building certainly wouldn't suit everyone in practical terms, but it was a lovely experience.
The Inga us about a 10 minute walk from the Menin Gate in a very quite street, with in street parking.

Family trip to Belgium

Really lovely location, no private parking but never struggled to find on street parking. The accommodation was bright, clean & modern, in a beautiful old building, we were a family of 6 so had the whole place to ourselves. Breakfast is laid out for you each morning (in your kitchen) and had a lovely selection of continental foods and access to the coffee machine all day. The two top bedrooms share a bathroom and the bottom bedroom has its own bathroom. There are lots of stairs, so if you struggle or planning to get drunk probably not for you. Nice hot shower & bathroom with everything you need. The owners are lovely and speak really good English and are very helpful. Really loved staying here can definitely recommend it.

Nice clean place and a great location, but a few issues

First thing i always do when i book a place to start, when i am on my motorcycle trips is to order safe parking. When i arrived there was nobody there and my bike ended up on the street. They promised safe parking. In the morning noone was there. And my softboiled egg was left there hours before i had booked breakfast. There place i very nice, new and clean and its at a great location in Ieper. 2 minuttes from town centre and 5 minuttes from the Menin Gate. Rooms Are wonderful and toilet/showers nice and clean. But i am disappointed about the parking and the breakfast. (If something happens to my motorcycle my vacation is over, so I never stay anywhere without having it locked away.
