Good three night stay and very helpful in arranging tours

I had a three night stay thru Expedia. They sent generic welcome messages thru Expedia and I asked about Airport pickup. They said $30 USD and gave me somebody's whatsapp number. They never responded nor did the hotel so I had to arrange my own pickup. The stay was nice and had no other issues on the 6th floor.
Special mention to Janny at the front desk. My Altun Ha tour never arrived so she called around last minute to find a tour company to take me that day. Next day Lamanai tour was also late so she called to follow up.
There is a large supermarket either side of the hotel and choice of restaurants walking distance. Taxis or tours will pickup at the hotel. Breakfast from 730am might be a problem if you have an early tour pickup. Breakfast varied each day from eggs, beans, sausage, fritters, spicy fried bread. Room had a fridge and two water bottles which helped. You can walk to the ferry terminal in the centre if you do not have large bags. Gym is on the top floor below the rooftop pool so can make noise with banging weights as gym is open to non guests as well. There is also a second Belize sign on the waterfront a short walk north.

We hated the whole experience!! The pictures on there website is misleading an not true the place is run down and not finished at all the pool area is nasty an under construction the room a not up to standard an they need work the water is not hot! The rooms are hot because the ac doesn’t stay on my wife was mad at me because I booked it. Don’t go to this place

The breakfast was adequate warming stations would been a plus, the AC in the room made it very comfortable.

We had a good night sleep here, bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The only bad thing was the water in the shower never got even warm. My husband and I took cold showers late at night so that was not good. We have stayed there in the past while visiting and had a good experience then as well. Over all it was a nice stay

A good Budget Modern Niche type Hotel option.

Hello I stayed at this Hotel from Wednesday April 29 2026 to Saturday May 2 2026.I had moved here after moving from a Hotel that I booked on Expedia didn't work out as planned.Anyhow i booked early in Wednesday Afternoon at around 1 PM.I was given Room 701 I had a slight problem so The Front Desk to moved me to Room 601 no questions asked on Thursday May 1 after I had Breakfast.The 2 Rooms I stayed in were identical to each other were about 150 Square Feet in size they're modern, comfortable & practical.There I had a big Single bed, A Toilet with a Shower,Toilet, a Small Jacuzzi + a sink that's outside The Toilet.The Room also has some small comfy Red Leather Chairs,A Dining/ Writing Table with a comfortable Office Chair,A 43 Inch Smart TV Brand called Homestar that has various Movie Channels on it,a Electronic Digital Safe,Mini Fridge to chill & put any Groceries or drinks in that you can get from the nearby Small Public Supermarket.The Rooms also have 2 Air Conditioning Units one in the Floor & another that's ceiling mounted that you power on with a remote.I like the room has a fresh modern decor with bright shiny floor ties just be careful though when you leave the Shower that are smooth & slick so maybe make sure that you're dry before exiting the Bath room.The Swimming Pool is Roof Top on The 9 the floor it has some Chairs & tables to sit on next to & above it that you walk up some stairs to access.The Roof Top gives you some great 360 Degree Panaromic views of Belize City.All in all a great 3 day stay at this niche Business/ Backpacker type Hotel that I would definitely stay at if I visited Beliz City again..p.s.this Hotel reminded me a bit of The QP Hotel that I stayed at in Lima Peru back in 2024.So if you're only staying a Night or longer & are looking for a Tidy, Modern & comfortable Budget Hotel that's centrally located in Belize City then I recommend & suggest checking out The Golden Tree.
