Family trip

Friendly staff. Felt safe cute area to walk around. So yummy places to eat. The ferry terminal was very close by. Would stay again. Enjoyed our time there as it was a good point to travel and explore but be a home base.

Wonderful Hotel

The hotel was great. Whoever decorated the room did a beautiful job. The entire place is very clean and comfortable. The outdoor restaurant was lovely and the people who work there are kind and helpful. When I booked the reservation, I was a bit concerned about it being in a safe area, and it is. I would definitely stay there again.

The Great House is a restored old home with pretty and comfortable rooms (and a powerful shower), but we had some issues with our stay. The room's curtains did not block out enough light at night, so the room was much brighter than we are used to for sleeping, which caused us some issues. Also, we expected breakfast and were even told at check-in the times that breakfast was served, but when we went to the breakfast area, it was completely closed. We asked at the desk about it, and after they checked further, we were told, "I'm sorry, I thought there was breakfast, but it is closed." For one night, it was not a big deal, but we were definitely disappointed. The staff we encountered were cordial, but again, it was not what we expected for our stay there. Next time we are going to choose another location.

Lovely low-key Spot to overnight prior to fishing trip. Will located approximate to the marina and docs. Large large, clean air-conditioned room was perfect for myself and companion. Nice outdoor dining area, but the only low light from this experience was the lack of available breakfast items, and in attentive staff.

Nice rooms and staff. Great restaurant near by and walking path along the water. And easy walk to the big nice museum.
Nice patio to enjoy the birds and ocean breeze. Big hotel across the street under construction but noise is over by 6 pm. Our 4th time staying here and we will be back the next time we visit Belize.
