Amazing place to stay ! Safe and great hospitality

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay! Edmond was so wonderful for our pick up and tour guide . He totally made our trip! We could hear the monkeys but didn’t see any ! There is also a really nice restaurant on the property ! It’s perfect !

Beautiful resort in the middle of nature

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! It’s a beautiful nature type of resort right on the water with a great restaurant and comfortable rooms ! One of my favorite parts of staying there was hearing the sound of the holler monkeys in the distance.

Rooms were clean and the property is old but well maintained. Lot of iguanas to see near the river. Plenty of parking. The property is about 20 minutes from the airport and is in a quiet setting.

Great service for our anniversary

I can’t say enough good things about our dinner tonight at black orchid. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The drinks were perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server was one of the best parts of the night. Latoya was kind, attentive and all around a lovely person. I enjoyed our time at black orchid even more because of her and her hard work. The staff was all fantastic and she was the star of the show. Thank you Latoya for making us feel so welcome to the black orchid and taking such good care of us. We enjoyed every minute with you.

Great place to stay near the airport. Clean rooms and comfy beds. The restaurant is amazing, the staff is super friendly and this was probably some of the best food we ate in our two weeks in Belize and that is saying a lot because the food is spectacular throughout the country. Great way to end our trip with good food and a morning filled with lovely birds singing and howler monkeys. Highly recommend!
