Evan was an amazing tentative host! And location is just a short hop skip and jump to the beach, located right on the famous Placencia sidewalk and close to everything within walking distance. Short walk to the hokey pokey dock.

The room was very clean and the owner was very nice and responsive when contacted. It had some issues with noise at night because it is right on the sidewalk where all the foot traffic is.

Clean and quiet but close to the bar's and restaurants.

I really enjoyed my week stay. It's a 30 second walk to the beach. Close to the restaurants and bars. I could sit outside my room and watch people walk the main sidewalk. The room and area was very quiet. I usually wear ear plugs when traveling but I did Not need them here. I would stay here again when in Placencia.
