Cahal pech resort review
We stayed here for 2 days and enjoyed every part of our stay except for the spa services/massages.
Everyone including the staff, tour guides, and taxi drivers were very friendly, professional and attentive.
Our cabana was great, we especially enjoyed our hammock and the views were amazing.
Unfortunately, on our last night we booked 90 minute deep tissue massages and only got 60 minute horrible Swedish massages and were still charged $20 extra for deep tissue even after complaining and explaining that we didn’t receive what we booked. The therapists seemed to be amateurs and untrained. This was our only complaint and no one at the resort has offered any resolution.
I would still recommend this resort just stay away from the spa.

It was good, some little issues like internet WiFi no too good.
Showers need a little more maintenance.

Great location, great views, great staff. The bar and the restaurant are super nice, the staff rocks.

The resort is beautiful, with an amazing pool but no umbrellas for guest to use. Belize is super hot and the room was an oven every time we returned because once you remove the key from the socket you had to place it in, in order for the fan and air condition to work. They wouldn’t even give me an extra key to leave in the power thing to have the room cool for us to have a good night rest. Couple nights we got to the room and it smelled really bad like the sewer back up and the scent was coming into the room. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel has the best view of the entire town and I would still recommend you to stay there. Just saying what we experienced and perhaps this will be addressed.

Wonderful stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially with transportation. Beautiful cabanas and delicious food and drinks!
