Very comfortable short stay

The villas are clean and located very near to town. The Owner Lisa was very accommodating and Mr Gordo, the onsite Property Manager was kind and helpful. The apartment is spacious and the wifi works perfectly. I had zero issues with the villa. I would definitely stay here again. If you are staying with pets, just be aware that there is a pet fee.

Ideal for long or short term stays

Perfect place for long or short stays. Very quite and conveniently located. Building was clean and well maintained and the on-site manager was very helpful. 0 issues whatsoever and I would reccomend to anyone. Also im not sure how but the internet here was about 2x the speed of anywhere else I've stayed in San Pedro, and as I work remotely this was a big bonus for me.

Unfortunately, the property was pretty dated. The shower didn’t work well and the location wasn’t the best for us. We ended up leaving three days early and found a hotel in Belize city.

Best service, best value, best everything!

We've stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed our villa unit very much so. King size bed so comfy with perfect functionnal AC.

Affordable and close to downtown Belize and to Ramon's Dive Shop

Lovely apartment with a full kitchen, plenty of hot water in the bathroom and a comfy bed. The AC worked great. Exceptional communication with Lisa, the host, and with Gordo, the property manager. Easy to transfer from the Tropic Air airport to the unit. Thanks to Lisa for all her tips re; renting a golf cart, and places to eat and play.
