Awesome stay
This place was so unexpected. From the street it looks like it will be small and noisy. When you walk through the front doors an oasis opens up and all expectations for a nice beach getaway are met. It was truly an amazing area with amazing people on staff. Everything is well taken care of, clean and comfortable. And the rooms were amazing.
The restuarant was very good and served an awesome breakfast. We have stayed at many other locations in San Pedro and this one ranks right up there in our top choices.
The location is great, walking distance from downtown. and being so close to the airport was never a problem.
Our only suggestion would be some shade around the pool and some way to clean up some of the sea grass.
We would definitely love to stay here in the future.

Great San Pedro Hotel
Visited for a week of diving (again). I've been coming to this hotel for 20+ years, and love the property, staff, location, restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the property is well maintained. They regularly refresh the rooms and keep the public areas in top shape.
It's probably the only hotel in the world where you can walk your bags across the street from the airport and be sitting by the pool gazing out at the ocean in 1 minute! It also couldn't better for diving since the top-notch Ambergris Divers have a shop on the dock on the oceanside of the hotel. It is also just a short walk to town and numerous shops and restaurants. A supermarket is ~1 block away.
It's not a glitzy, corporate hotel, so if you are looking for that try the Marriott or others....

Perfect spot for your stay
Don’t let the entrance fool you! Walk through into a wonderful outdoor garden and pool area. This gem of a hotel is perfectly situated. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You can walk almost anywhere, golf carts are available next door, the restaurant is quite good and the view of the beach is amazing. Nice sized rooms, spacious bathrooms, fresh beach towels daily. I would definitely stay again!
