WARNING: Recurring Theft Issue and Security Risk

Do not stay here if you value your safety or belongings. During my stay, a significant amount of cash was stolen from my secure room. When I reported the incident, management was completely unhelpful and attempted to deflect blame, rather than addressing the security breach.After looking into this further, I discovered that multiple other travelers on various platforms have reported a pattern of repeated thefts by staff at this exact property. Management is fully aware of this ongoing safety issue but refuses to take responsibility or fix their internal security.A business that refuses to protect its guests—and then attempts to cover up thefts by mischaracterizing victims—does not deserve your money. Look elsewhere for a safe, honest place to stay. You have been warned.

the worst hotel experience of my life gave away my prepaid hotel room. Staff very unapologetic I would not recommend.

The location of the property is good. Right in the center close to airport and city centre. The cleanliness is ok, please expect a slight smell when you walk in the room. Some of the rooms have microwave and other don’t. The security guard outside is very rude and should be better trained on customer service.
