EXCELENTE. BUEN HOTEL Y ATENCIÓN FAMILIAR.
El hotel está cerca del Prado, en pleno centro de Cochabamba. Tiene habitaciones muy limpias, cama amplia, buena ducha e internet wi fi perfecto. El entorno de la habitación es cuidado, al igual que todo el mobiliario. He ido por cuestiones de trabajo y se puede trabajar tranquilo, sin ruido. Escribo esto, que nunca hice, porque yo mismo me engañe al leer los comentarios (horrible), y temí lo peor, y he visto que ese comentario es mentiroso o interesado. Lo hago, porque me ha dado también pena, que he visto comentarios que no responden a la realidad, pueden haber sido opiniones personales, pero no son justas y veo que afectan a sus dueños, dos personas mayores que quizás ni siquiera saben que les están haciendo estos comentarios adversos a su buen trabajo y gentileza. Por noche he pagado 280 bolivianos, desayuno incluido. Este desayuno, incluye yogurt, cereales, chocolatada o cafe o te, pan, tostadas, mermelada, quesillo y frutas, como banana. El único error de ello, es que mermelada, queso y manteca, están puestos sobre la mesa personal y no para servirse en el despacho general, pero es algo que pueden corregir, si a alguien le molesta o se lo observan. Es un lugar seguro, y si a veces Ud. quiere creer, asista al hotel y compruébelo. Es buena gente. y volvere. He viajado desde Argentina, estado cinco dias y todos los dias el servicio ha sido igual. Buena atención familiar y creo que el servicio es correcto y el pago justo. Un cordial saludo

Worst hotel for the price it should’ve stayed at a six motel would’ve been better and cheaper
Once checked in and sent and directions to my room I was given the wrong elevator to take the other elevator I needed to take was red and not purple it’s like 100 yards from each other then when I got to the floor that I needed directions gave me the wrong way and I walked another 50 yards to find out my room was 100 yards the other way. Rooms have no refrigerator no safe and no complementary water. The food at the Mexican restaurant there was lousy and expensive. Do not order strawberry daiquiri‘s because all they are is 711 slushy. Took almost 35 minutes before someone was able to direct me to my room. The icemaker did not work near my room so I had to walk all the way to the other side of the building in order to get ice.. Asked the front desk if they were able to bring ice up to the room they said they wouldn’t be able to but they would bring it a complementary refrigerator so I can store my food in. That was around 6 o’clock in the evening they never showed up. Stay there just to see the Tropicana being imploded the only thing that was good about staying at the Luxor! We need to implode the Luxor that place is a dump. There was hardly anybody in the casino also. Hotel should be demolished

Geen vier sterren waard.
Ruime kamer, dat wel. Het duurt eeuwig voor de douche warm is. De douchekop is aan vervanging toe. De shapooflesjes zijn honderd keer hergebruikt, met oude zeepresten op de schroefdop. De kamer is niet schoon, de dekens moeten echt gewassen worden. Het ontbijt is zeer karig. De bediening is onzichtbaar en moet telkens ergens anders vandaan komen.

A Cochabamba non abbiamo incontrato una gran varietà di hotel. Questo l'ho trovato pulito, abbastanza centrale e con una buona colazione. Ciò che ha fatto la differenza è stata la simpatia del proprietario, molto gentile, di origine palestinese, ci ha raccontato un po' della sua vita e ci ha dato utili consigli.

atencion basica
Recepcion con sistema manual basico tardan en ubicar registros, llaves., no funciono control tv, igualmente ascensor en varias ocasiones. No existia una mañana agua caliente, desayuno basico. Hacen lo que pueden pero no hay profesionalismo
