I enjoyed everything about this property. The only thing that could use an improvement is the breakfast food. I wish there were more protein options. The rooms, staff, and wi-fi were all great. Javier was always helpful and courteous.

The staff allowed us to check in early. On the other hand, they charged us extra for the breakfast when we check in early but didn't compensate us for not consuming the breakfast when we checked out early.

My one bed room was small and the bathroom was very small. I could hear people talking in the rooms in next to me. The rooms need sound proofing. The room had a small mini fridge but no hot water kettle to boil water for coffee and tea. Breakfast was basic. Very limited choices. I was told I would receive one bottle of water each day because I am a Expedia VIP Customer. But, I guess that was wrong or I misunderstood the person at the front desk. At check in I was forced to pay $35 Bolivia Pesos for cleaning. I was not aware of this before I booked the room through Expedia.com.
