Very disappointed

I travel the world so I know other countries have other definitions of ‘5 star’. But this hotel ABSOLUTELY is NOT 5 star. Literally the only nice thing I can say is the people were friendly & the rooms were big. WiFi was slow. Pool was cold. Lounge chairs were plastic, uncomfortable & dirty. No jacuzzi even though advertised. Rooms were dated. Towels & beds were not comfortable. No English language tv channels.
Free breakfast but coffee was extra charge? Restaurant was not ‘pretty’. They charged me for losing plastic card key?? No view other then blocked by building across the street that was under construction. Construction in the hotel with constant hammering, but only 9am-6pm. Lol.
