Exquisitely Splendid ❤

I love the luxury room cause it was quite spacious ❤❤i also loved the service i got from the staff there . But I couldn't help it but be paranoid of the sliding door because it wasn't tinted soo people would actually see the inside if the curtains are open

Need an ugrade

The reception was good. But this is the only positive. Bathroom:
toilet have a leak... with a terrible smell.
Aircon in one of our rooms did not work.
Restaurant food was avarage with no salad available.- we waited 2 hours. -only halal food available... halal means no pork, but also no alcohol.

Never again

Rooms need maintenence. They don't even work through agents for booking. The bath is dirty and windows damaged. The area where cars park is to close. To close to the main road. The toilet paper is from the cheapest. You don't feel welcome on arrival.

DISAPPOINTING

Poor receptionist was run off her feet and as a result check- in took ages. We were given a 'luxury' king bed room and the room rate was high. The rate included breakfast for one person only even though we were a couple paying for a double room. The shower was in the bath and as an elder couple it was very difficult climbing in and out of the bath for a shower. The room was average and very dated. WIFI was poor. House service was very slack.

Fairly Good

Room on the first floor is somewhat clean but the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, there was no please do not disturb sign which is very inconvenient. The food was nice and reception staff was really patient and helpful.
