Good service

I think there should be more structure with desk and work countertops in the room.
Another point I think should go through an environmental design to be more cozy and really the consumer feel at home and with it have more desire to be in the hotel.

ESTE HOTEL MUDOU TOTALMENTE REFORMADO

O Hotel é excelente foi totalmente reformado porem não consegue retirar as fotos antigas deste site.
O café da manha é ótimo as acomodações também, todos os quartos com ar condicionado e limpeza impecável.

Hotel top , recém reformado , tudo novinho e com um atendimento excelente . Super indico , preço acessível, conforto e qualidade em tudo , desde o atendimento até na arrumação dos quartos . Concerteza voltarei mais vezes , muito bom.

HORRÍVEL!

Uma das piores experiências da minha vida! O ar condicionado estava com problema e encheu o quarto de água! Atendimento péssimo. Não recomendo.
Funcionários não se preocuparam em resolver imediatamente.

Atendimento péssimo é um risco à segurança

Internet não funcionou sequer um dia desde que fiz check-in nessa arapuca. Pra melhorar, a TV “a cabo” também parou.
O hotel é uma bomba relógio. Faltam extintores de incêndio, os quartos não têm plano de evacuação, quase tudo que está ligado a tomadas é por benjamins, há fios expostos e a cozinha é imunda!
Não se preocuparam em resolver meus problemas em momento algum.
