Guesthouse on the hill with several slopes to climb! Horrible!

I bought two days by the travel app!
When I arrived on the big island , I had no way to access the hotel , as it was a very grim slope and without any conditions to carry the bags !
I asked for help to load the bags and the manager very impatiently said that there had to be some walking carrier!
I was very upset not being able to climb that slope because I am hearty!
As it is very hot, 13 hours in the afternoon, I had to go to another nearby hostel and stay with the total damage already paid!
I do not recommend this hotel for misleading advertising, as it does not inform the customer the HORRIVEL ACCESS ATE COME TO THE HOTEL! LADEIRA INGRIME!
