Maravilhoso

Maravilhoso. I loved this hotel, lots of activities for kids. Accepts PET, including PET can stay in the room and the price is not abusive. Mancha coffee very good and diverse.

Disappointing

Very bad room. All very old. The window, with wooden blinds, was beating all the time because there was no way to hold it. Sleep at the sound of the window knocking, guests screaming down there (the acoustics are bad) everything is heard inside the room, from outside noise to the noise of other rooms with doors knocking, people walking and children crying.
TV does not take other channels except network life and globe. By the way, luckily you can catch these two because most of the time was without a sign.
Hotel muuuuito expensive for what it offers.
Oh, and the coffee left a lot to be desired.

Unfortunate and disappointing

Bad choice. It was the first time and also the last. The good care of the staff tries to save the disaster of hosting. The hotel has an attached bistro that promotes parties open to the public. The administration needs to decide: either turn into a party house or a hotel. The two things together don't work. This ends up shocking the guests who are looking for a quiet place. Weekends have a loud sound until midnight. Special parties saw the night with bands. Impossible to have peace. Plus the pools were dirty water. The indoor pool should be heated, it was cold and there was a strong smell of urine. Good breakfast but nothing exceptional. I anticipated my check-out ahead of the proximity of a party. If you like parties and don't need to sleep, you can go; but if you seek peace, run away from this place. Unfortunate such a beautiful place with panoramic view of the beach being in this situation. The room where I stayed was with the paint on the wall peeling and in the bathroom the tiles broken by the fact of having cracks in the wall, good beds, working air but there was wiring and loose sockets.

Beautiful place, but poor service

A place with an indescribable view. But the service is bad. The reception team is great. However, the service at the Bistro is terrible. We asked for another glass and the waiter turned his back. Attendants don't smile or say good night. Reasonably comfortable rooms.
