It looks excellent but it's not all that.
It is located in a complex with 3 other hotels and the coffee room attracts everyone, weekends are chaos, there is a lack of plates, cutlery, glasses, and replacement is slow.
There is a clear lack of employees to take care of everything.
Other than that, when replacing plates, cutlery and cups you notice that they are washed manually (and sometimes arrive dirty), not to mention that they arrive wet, a hotel of this size should have a washing machine for decent hygiene.
The staff is kind, everyone is always very helpful.
There is a lack of governance in the hotel, there is a lack of care in details, for example the last time I stayed, the light bulb in the bathroom next to the mirror was burnt out, and the hairdryer didn't work.
The bathroom needs better lighting as well as more attention to cleaning.
Every time I entered the bathrooms, the dirt on the shower glass was clear, the glass was even fogged up.
The towels are clean, the sheets are the same, and the bed cover and blanket make it possible to suspect the hygiene, even due to the odor.
The pools have murky waters that appear to be lacking in cleanliness; when heated, it was possible to notice dirt on the edges.
The hotel itself is good, nothing luxurious, but it lacks care.

Comfortable rooms but with defects
The complex in general is good, with two swimming pools, a very small but cool farm for children.
The rooms are dark and there was a piece of broomstick to close the bedroom window. There is no air conditioning in the lobby.
The breakfast is very weak, there are some options but it wasn't good, the cake was dry, the pao de cheese didn't taste like cheese and there was no water. I expected a little more.

Excellent value for money!
The rooms are spacious and have a balcony. The bed, pillows and towels are of high quality.
The breakfast is delicious!
And the restaurant is open from 11am to 11pm, excellent for those who need flexibility in their meal times, I thought this was excellent!
