I highly recommend it! Better than I ever imagined!

Amazing experience! Wonderful atmosphere! Great location! The hotel delivers more than it promises! It is impossible not to like! I stayed in the best accommodation category and it was very large and comfortable!

Negative in everything

They made a water park in the hotel and is charged to the guest the part to use the pool of the park, abusive prices, amstel 15,00 the can, if consuming can not pay or include in the room , need to pay on time, very bad the hotel

ok experience

The structure of the hotel has seen better days, in our room the phone didn't work so any request we had to go to the hotel reception, the room was very simple, but the breakfast was the highlight, very plentiful and with several options . The hotel workers were also very polite.

It's too good to have an unprepared restaurant manager.

I've been coming for over 10 years. It could be the last.
Hotel I can say is (or was) very, beach in front.
I'll talk backwards. After already consuming around 1000 reais in 3 meals with the family at the hotel restaurant, on 02/11/2024 we ordered dishes for 6 people and my wife ordered a Xeggs burger, and after a long wait a sandwich without the meat arrived , she ordered the meat, and then cold meat came. THE WORST COMES NOW, my wife returned the sandwich and then someone came who unfortunately we later discovered was the manager and asked WHAT WAS THE SANDWICH SORRY?
I don't stay in the best hotel in the city to be insulted for a problem I didn't cause. He said he can't give everyone reason. He was rude, rude, unethical (supposedly the ethics of managers is not to drive customers away and create confusion) and unprofessional, and because of a 30 reais sandwich we probably won't come back here. And look, we already held an event with more than 100 people here before the pandemic.
Upon arrival, I asked for a bath towel and after a few more phone calls it was already delivered" and my wife said "you are authorized to search the room to check if the towel is in the room" and had to go get it at the reception.
We were well attended to by the receptionist Henrique who brought us the comforters we asked for and adjusted the air conditioning that maintenance had to check hours ago.
Bad service from day one.
I'm complaining because I support the hotel, we knew the owner and hope that his successor takes action, because losing customers who bring customers is bad business.

Bad experience, very expensive place that leaves a lot to be desired

Very expensive for the services they offer, smelly room, they don't even put soap in the bathroom, noisy air conditioning, small room and not even any water in the minibar. I really wanted to visit but it was just disappointment. Not to mention that the external areas are abandoned and the bush is taking over everything.
