Melhor custo/benefício

Espaço simples, mas com muita hospitalidade oferecida pelo Sr. Elias. Atencioso, camarada mesmo...sempre preocupado se estava tudo certo ou se precisava de alguma coisa. Não tem o que reclamar...o que fica são as pessoas e a amizade.

It cannot be called a Hotel

Terrible service, with no professional to maintain the place: I was left with renitis attacked in the heat and without air conditioning, with no place to store clothes or a TV. My wardrobe was two cardboard boxes in the photo below!

Decepção

Fiz uma reserva para 12 pessoas por 3-4 dias, fiz o pagamento adiantado de 50% do valor, iriamos para um evento, porém o evento foi cancelado, mostrei o cancelamento e tudo mais e pedi pra cancelar a reserva, sei que ele tem direito de 10 a 15% do cancelamento, pois, depois da solicitação o dono ignora as mensagem, não atende o telefone, e simplesmente estou levando um prejuízo de quase R$ 700,00, que decepção..

Hostel simples

O hostel é uma casa. No geral os donos fizeram o possível para nós atender bem já que estávamos em um grupo grande para um congresso em BH. Fiquei em um quarto de casal que era pequeno, mas foi o suficiente. Não espere luxo pois hostel é mais simples, mas compatível com este tipo de hospedagem. A localização para mim foi boa próximo ao hotel Ouro Minas o Uber ficava em torno de 5,00 do hostel para o hotel. Dá para ir a pé, mas por comodidade optamos por utilizar aplicativos de transporte. O café da manhã sempre tem pão, presunto e mussarela, bolo, café, leite e suco. O único ponto negativo é que o hostel por enquanto só possui um banheiro masculino e um feminino. Sugiro que sejam construídos outros banheiros, pois quando o hostel está lotado, como foi neste caso um único banheiro feminino era complicado.
