Excellent Professional CCB

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional service of Emanuele at the Ibis Hotel. From the first contact, she showed attention, kindness and education that made all the difference in my experience. His sympathy, cordiality and willingness to help were truly admirable.
In a world where good care makes more and more difference, finding such a dedicated, helpful and human professional is something that deserves recognition and appreciation. Emanuele represents excellence in the service and contributes to making guests feel welcomed and well cared.
My sincere congratulations to Emanuele for the excellent work. Professionals like her make the experience at the Ibis Hotel much more special and memorable.

Improvements!!

Bed linen and breakfast very good. Tight space but ok. Cleaning of the box suffering. I have stayed in several rooms and very similar (black mould, shower shower bite full of crust and sometimes insects in the lining due to moisture. A periodic maintenance would solve. The hallways of the rooms tbem deserve a cart (stained carpet in general)
