I KNOW, I COME AND I COME

On 28/02/2026, we stayed in this nice guesthouse again. We were treated well, the staff is very good, it is worth noting the service by the waiter Rafael (very attentive and helpful).

Good Cost X Benefit

Every time we go to Cachoeira we stayed in this hotel. Due to its location and historic beauty. Varied coffee, spacious room and the pool is perfect

Pousada do Convento- Abandono!!

The word it summarizes is abandonment. The building is wonderful and has a history since the 17th century. It hurts the heart with the state of abandonment and mismanagement. The hotel could be much better with little changes: changing the ripped curtains, having people in the room to attend, having someone to serve in the pool. Employees are not helpful and behave as if they were in their home. Sit on the front hall sofa and chat. Breakfast was the only thing we expected to be good. But, awful! No replacement, hot fruits, few options. The dirty tables, the staff talking in the kitchen, seemed to get angry when you ask Pena something like a simple simple fried egg. It is urgent to train these people. The rooms smell moldy. The bathroom does not give right discharge. The TV doesn't work. The impression that you have is that you are strange entering the staff house.
What a pity! The wonderful place, well located, historic. The city is very nice deserves would be spending more days in it.

Excellent service and convenience very well-preserved historic building, well located in the center, with swimming pool and closed parking. We will return again in another year..

Interesting but few amenities.

The inn is in a historic building, very old, but the cleanliness of the common areas could be better.
The cleaning of the pool also left something to be desired. The children's playground was broken and could not be used.
The room cleaning and breakfast were very good.
There is also no bar or restaurant service.
