Very good hotel!
Very comfortable and nice hotel.
It’s a different experience, which makes us feel like we’re in an American/Canadian cottage. It has heated sheets and towel heating, which contributes to increased guest comfort.

My experience with Pousada Maple was quite frustrating and, unfortunately, it was decisive for me to give up the reservation.
From the first contact, my intention was very simple: I would like to receive some photos of the rooms with the open windows to evaluate the view, the sense of privacy and the relationship between the accommodation and the environment. For many people this may seem like a detail, but for those looking for a accommodation focused on rest, silence and contact with nature, this information makes all the difference in the purchase decision.
The problem started when I realized that virtually all the care was conducted by automatic messages and standardized responses. Instead of someone trying to understand exactly what I was asking for, I repeatedly received generic information, links, ready-made texts and answers that had no direct connection with my question. At times I had the feeling that no one was actually reading my messages.
The most disappointing was the enormous difficulty of being able to talk to someone who could analyze my request individually. My claim was not complex, it did not involve negotiation, complaint or any exceptional situation. I just wanted to better visualize the accommodation before making a purchase decision. Still, communication became a tiring process, marked by frustrated attempts and the repetition of the same responses.
After several days waiting for an effective return, without a genuine concern in understanding what I needed, I began to wonder what would be the support to the guest if any problems arose during the stay. After all, if a simple question already required so much effort to be answered, what would the experience be before a more important need?
Faced with this situation, I chose to give up the reservation and look for another hostel. I ended up choosing an establishment whose daily cost almost twice the value. Still, the difference in care was impressive. In a few minutes I was attended by a person who understood my request, sent exactly the images I needed, answered my questions with cordiality and showed genuine interest in helping.
This experience reinforced something very important: price is not everything. Care, attention and welcoming are valuable. Often, what makes a client choose a lodging is not just the structure or the rate, but the way it is treated before even reaching the venue.
Pousada Maple missed an opportunity to win a customer because it prioritized automated processes and savings rather than offering a truly human service.

Extremely cozy Inn
The Inn is extremely cozy! It was a unique experience. The Owner Marcos is super attentive and gave us great tips besides being a new place and in the mountains. It is a few miles from the entrance to the portal of Monte Verde. Breakfast is super tasty.
