Above the expected

Exceptional stay. Great breakfast, lunch a delight and the water machine option for a fixed price is a differential I had not seen before. I recommend!

Disorganized

I made the reservation by phone I was offered a conjoined room for 3 adults and 2 children ok we checked in we went up pro room and had two bags and clothes there, that is, was occupied by other people and was a triple room was not conjoined. We went down to the reception we informed the error and they gave us another apartment this was conjugated but not for 5 people, it looked like a room for people with difficulty in movement because the beds were low and not queen as informed the bathrooms were for chair without box I called in the reception and asked me a time to solve; two hours later I decided to go down there they were still tempted to find a conjugate for 5 people, it was there that I suggested to give me another room close to what was done. This was a regular double queen bathroom bed though tiny. My three children stayed in the strange room I talked about but I had no choice because the hotel was crowded. Even at the reception several people complaining that the doors cards did not work and another family went through the same situation getting a wrong room for the number of people. The reception blamed the reservation department and governed it, but the fact is that they are very disorganized.
Another thing was that they did not inform that the parking was outsourced and charged a daily fee despite this in the underground of the hotel and I still had to leave the key with the employee who took my car from the covered spot and placed it in an uncovered spot.
Outside of that the location is great.

Good, the counter cost benefit ratio is very bad. But the comfort, the quality of the shower, the beds, towels very good.
