Amazing experience

Incredible experience in the xingo. Recommended for couples and families. I liked the structure and the Service. I have no complaints.

Exceptional view of San Francisco is the high point.

First I'll praise you. A breathtaking view of San Francisco, clean facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.
Negatives: The hotel is 30 years old, but looks 50. Many walls peeling and moaning. Super muggy gaming room- has not even a fan, games and equipment missing parts and/or damaged.
The pool is good, but it needs urgent repairs. Lots of broken tiles. The closing time of the pool is at 18h is terrible - the region is extremely hot and we return from the tours around 17h. All you want is to be immersed in cold water. They should close at 22:00. They could open at 8:00 - it only starts at 10:00. I think this restricted schedule has to do with the number of employees who have to be serving at various points of the hotel - pool bar, restaurant, room service.
The quality of the pillows leaves much to be desired. The shower water is unstable - heats when you want.
Breakfast - too simple. There's not even a jelly... but the worst is that the cold and dairy are exposed and the region has lots of flies - I don't think they would go through sanitary surveillance. Put too large portions in the buffet - there the exposure to room temperature is very long. And what's hot gets past. They should serve smaller amounts and replace every 30/40 minutes. The ham is a capitulus apart - super thick slices with opaque appearance - awful.
After all, there is a lack of management that thinks of the hotel as a whole.
It was a bit disappointing - I expected a much better hotel since it is rated with 5 stars and charge for it.

Good for family!

Hotel with a family atmosphere, very cool for children to play, and very convenient for those who will know the Canions of Xingó.
Typical breakfast, very tasty and with several options.
Friendly and professional staff.
I leave the suggestion to provide a service of towels in the pool, would greatly increase the convenience and convenience for guests.

Staff was incredibly accommodating. We arrived early and they let us check in which facilitated our plans. The hotel is beautiful, clean and conveniently located.

Bad experience at Xingó Park Hotel

Bad service, we arrived at the hotel, several employees without doing “nothing” and no one was available to help us with the bags that was so from arrival to the room, in the room we picked up the ap luxury, in the room there was only one outlet , in the bathroom there was no toilet paper only paper towels that was “far away” from the pot, the pretty old pool only works until 18:00 and the breakfast finished things and type cheese musharela (basic for a hotel) and was a year to resume. I just gave up waiting. I mean, my hotel expo was terrible.
