COMPLETE LACK OF HYGIENE

Yesterday, on 18/01/25, my fiancé and I stayed at the hotel and had an extremely unpleasant experience. We had booked a suite with a King Size bed, but when we arrived in room 217, we found the dirty frigobar, with water bottles half open, and the bathroom with dry urine on the toilet lid.
When we complained at the reception, we were switched to room 215. At first everything seemed fine, but when I took a bath, I realized that the bathroom was filled with sludge in the rejoints, the floor and the corners of the box. It was disgusting and impossible to use. We were so uncomfortable that we asked for the return and decided to leave, facing three more hours of travel to return home in the morning.
We were very disappointed with the lack of hygiene and care in the rooms. This situation has completely spoiled our experience and generated unnecessary disturbances. I hope you take this seriously and take measures to prevent other guests from going through something similar.

Breakfast needs to be improved

Smooth breakfast, reduced number of items. Good facilities, cleanliness, which balanced a bit the cost benefit. Careful attendees, good service. Pants in the room. Comfortable bed. Higienized bathroom. Rough towels, but clean.
