Very clean

Very clean. Room was large enough but a bit clinical, e.g. white floors and walls, and no artwork. A very nice housekeeper showed me how to open the metal shutters on the window. Recptionists were pleasant but spoke very little English, and I speak no Portuguese. Not that they should speak English, but I would have booked a different hotel had I known. However, we were finally able to establish where I could find an open restaurant on a Sunday.

Very good!!!!

Excellent hotel, great rooms and first-class service... And above all the food from the a la carte restaurant is very good.... Negative point is the breakfast which is bad... I recommend!!

One without fail!

Very nice hotel, very chic. Large bedrooms, clean bathroom. Huge buffet lunch at a more than decent price

Hotel in the central area of Cuiabá, with a good location. However, the property is in urgent need of some improvements and renovation. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is outdated and worn. The common areas are a bit aged and could benefit from a more modern design. Breakfast is good, but I missed having more healthy and light options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Family Hosting

My family loved this hotel very much, we always stayed in it. The breakfast is very good, the service is great, has manobrista the reception has a courtesy in the service, everything impeccable... a point of improvement maybe would be the package of the value with payment on the card, there is not this option and everything is walking to this, if the hotel had this option would take my "Excellent".
