Excellent

Everything excellent. Great breakfast, great Italian restaurant. Indoor swimming pool, fitness room. Located in downtown Curitiba. Nothing to complain about, and not expensive either.
If you are a tourist, I recommend taking the tourist bus (I think it's called "omnibus turista"). The ticket is good for 24 hours. The cost is 50 real per person. It takes you to different tourist locations (such as the botanical garden, Niemyer museum, etc), and you can get off at any location that you would like to visit, and later get back on the bus again to see other locations.

Friendly staff, good location. Needs a new bread supplier

Nice location and friendly staff .
Room was a little bit outdated and had only Brazilian outlets (need adapter) .
Good breakfast included, but they need to change their supplier of french bread (Curitiba has amazing bakeries and it was a surprise how bad was the quality of the bread at breakfast ) .
I would stay there again!

A good experience overall

The hotel was very nice. The food tasted great. The shower was awesome. The safe was beeping when we arrived. They tried to fix it. It went off at 6 in the morning! It worked as our alarm. They ended up putting us in a different room.
When we arrived José Romenique got our luggage from the car to the room. He also helped me find a place to get the car washed.
When we had to change rooms, Romenique moved all our stuff for us. He has been very helpful and showed us how to turn things on in the room.

TO BE AVOIDED . VERY OVERPRICED, BAD WELCOME, BAD ROOM

All was bad: long check in ; the key was not working (I had to go down do get it reprogrammed ; it happenned also the second day) ; Wifi access was not easy (I had to go down to reception for it)
People at the reception were not polite ; even no apologizes for misfunction of keys
Room was basic for the price : small room, only one nightstand ; not soundproof (we heard people making love in the nearby room !!!) ; only 127 V voltage (not good for charging batteries) ; only one chair ; light was too low (I even had to use my headlamp to read and write ; scandalously overpriced for what they offer

not worthy...

Bathroom sink was so small that you need to be so carefull not to spoil and wet around the counter....the shower box wasn't able to shut and wetting the floor., so hard to get a roll of toilet paper after 3, 4 requests for room service. internet cable was with tape around the ceiling and wall !!! its old carpet and need to refurbished indeed...
