Hotel with fair rate and service 5 stars

It is a 3-star hotel and a little old, but very fair for the daily charge. I spent the weekend there for the Marathon and I have a lot of compliments.
The reception staff very friendly and requested. The structure itself is a little old and may have room for improvements, such as the elevators.
My room was clean and with bed and bathrobes clean and in good condition. The only noisier thing in my room was the fridge bar, but nothing that took sleep. The TV worked perfectly and took net. There's a pool (but I didn't use it). They're also partnering with a gym across the street. I had no problems with the wi-fi, it worked perfectly.
There is even parking space for electric cars.
Breakfast is delicious and with good diversity.
In the area there are some restaurants, a pharmacy and the short distance has a wholesaler with great prices.
In summary, it is a 3-star hotel and I found a fair hotel, has opportunity for improvements, but I had a good stay. 5 stars for the attention!

Bad hotel of communication, cunning!

It is a hotel that has no communication of its services,use cunning with customers, do not recommend bad, some rules are badly communicated! They put their products inside without you asking me to feel buying chocolate, saladines, soft drinks etc without wanting!

ABSURD DOES NOT ACCEPT CRITICISM

ATTENTION!!! Do not review with critics this hotel, as they denied reservation for my company because I had made a criticism in the evaluation that the Internet did not work that bed clothes was , Surradas etc.
Look at the hotel level. They don't accept criticism and try to shut people down.

Good value for money, but old standard.

Hotel well located in Estreito, especially for those who want to see the end of year fireworks celebration on the bridge. Old but good room, good cleaning, good breakfast, with garage and elevator. However, old television, of poor quality but working, room doors still with keys (and the one in our room was defective throughout our stay), old air conditioning too, but working. Good value for money, due to the time of booking.
