Clean and well-careful studio and incredible peace!
Close to Florianópolis airport and Campeche beach.
Next to it is an excellent coffee and sushi.
Excellent stay, I will be back for sure.

Excellent cost benefit.

Excellent Apart Hotel, with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. Extremely clean, quiet place and close to the beach. With good restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.

Incredible place and staff even more

I stayed at Pousada Parador Campeche and just loved the experience! The place is charming — everything very clean, well taken care of and with a super quiet energy. The location is excellent, close to the beach and also close to bakeries, restaurants and pharmacies, which makes daily life much easier.
The owners and staff are extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help and ensure that the stay is perfect. You can see the affection you take care of every detail. The cost-effectiveness is great, especially considering the comfort and care of the first.
Super recommend! A place that makes you want to always come back!

Excellent value and brand new installations

We went as a couple for a 4-day stay and were very pleased by the new installations overall cleanliness of the place.
The double room was spacious, with a clean bathroom and well equipped kitchen (microwave, cooktop and a mini fridge).
Wi-fi was fast and reliable, and there are plenty of convenient power outlets. The AC works great and the TV even has some streaming services included (HDMI port is accessible if you bring your own cable).
Only minor downside I can think of is the lighting, as the only options are the ceiling white LED bulbs - some form of indirect lighting could make the room more cozy at night.
Our balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean and the nearby Campeche Island -- you can also watch the sunrise if you wake up early enough (see picture).
Parking is available if you need it, and you might spot some guinea pigs outside!
Overall, a positive experience for sure.
