Very good. I would return
I loved the hotel!!! spacious, very close to the sea and center of Canasvieiras! Family, clean. Good breakfast. I would return on my next trip to Canasvieiras. Good attention. There is an area with electric kettles to heat water for mate... free of charge at any time

3 stars steps from the beach
Great location in Canasvieiras 1 minute walk from the beach. It has a heated indoor pool as well, as well as large indoor lounges with children's games, pool tables.
The facilities and rooms are somewhat deteriorated if, noticeably, they lack a remodel.
Breakfast with great variety but not so good quality products.

Half hair
The hold is spacious and comfortable. The rooms are neat. Free towels are provided for the beach.
Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
Negative: old gym and is located in the basement along with the saunas which is scary to go down there given that no one goes to the basement and looks bad.
From the rooms you constantly hear when they request the elevator (ringer) which makes it impossible to rest properly. On the 4th floor just down from the elevator you can see an ugly smell like urine.

Reasonable
A good hotel, but I think it would be better if the owner made some repairs thinking about the well-being and comfort of the guests. It is really quite spacious, however, the elevator is very old and it is very difficult to sleep at night due to the noise of the cables and the movement of guests until the early hours. The coffee left something to be desired. From the photos, everything looks very good. But the basics were missing. I think they should improve their coffee. Another important issue is the noise from guests near the pool, a deafening sound that continued until late at night.

A pleasant and relaxed stay by the sea
This was our first time in Canasvieiras. We decided to leave until the last minute to book our accommodation for 2 nights.
The price was reasonable and the room was comfortable with fridge, cable TV, air conditioning, microwave, a sink, a small desk, a wardrobe, and a safe. The bathroom was reasonably big and with a good shower.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
The breakfast wasn't brilliant. It had a small selection of cakes, breads, cold meats, 2 options of cereals, hot sausages on tomato sauce and scrambled eggs. To drink the options were coffee, tea, milk and not freshly squeezed juices, something that you would expect on such a popular beach holiday destination in Brazil.
The hotel reception and hallway is quite big, with chairs, sofas and a TV where you could read a book, watch TV and relax. The hotel had other facilities such gym, sauna and swimming pool, although we did not use it.
One of the big positive points for us was the location of the hotel: It is a very short walk to the beach (2 minutes) yet it was right in the centre of town where all the facilities could be found, such as restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops, bars, etc etc.
The hotel has parking on site, but it is best to confirm with the hotel beforehand because as far as I could see there was around ninety rooms in the hotel, but it certainly did not have ninety parking spaces.
The negative points were:
- The individual room air-conditioning system is old, antiquated and noisy;
- The room mini fridge was very noisy;
- I had to turn both of them during the night in order to get some sleep.
- The TV as very small (maybe a 14-inch), CRT (Not flat screen) which also made some background noise due to poor cable connection or something of the sort;
- The room wasn´t very clean: Upon arrival we found hair on the surfaces;
- The bed clothing and towels looked very old worn out.
Overall, a pleasant and peaceful stay: Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel overall was good but the rooms could do with a fresh up 21st century style.
