Wonderful experience, 10 points.

We stayed at the Hotel for two weeks, including Natal and Reveillon, it was a wonderful experience, from the first moment having arrived around 0.00 am Jens received us with very kindness and so it was throughout our stay. Both he and his assistants have had a very cordial deal with us. My wife is having some difficulty walking and they took care of facilitating her stay.
It is noteworthy the very complete breakfast, the very comfortable room, the hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the bed. The views from the common terrace are very beautiful.
The location of the Hotel is very good, a few meters from the Lagoa de Conceição and at the same time in a very quiet area.
We have a daughter living in Florianopolis and Jens was kind enough to ask her to breakfast.
It goes without saying that I especially recommend it and we have no doubt, we would always return.

Great hotel and location

Great accommodation with excellent location, outside the “bagunça”, but very close to restaurants and bars. Room spacious, clean and great breakfast with local products. The owner is very friendly, gave several tips in addition to the great conversation. I recommend to couples and plan to return soon.

Feel at home in Floripa

Large room. Comfortable bed. Lots of pillows. Frigobar. Wardrobe to accommodate clothes. Strap in the bathroom to dry bathrobes. Quiet location, close to the lagoon of Conceição and Joaquina Duna. The owner of the establishment is sympathetic, gives great tips and has a super nice chat. Breakfast includes local producers. Delicious and fresh cakes prepared by him.

Terrible mattress; wonderful coffee

The worst thing (and very important) is that the mattresses (from 2014) are old and sink. We stayed in triple room Theia-107.
The best thing is the breakfast, everything was fresh and wonderful.
Note: it is LGBT “friendly”, to anyone who may be interested.
Other positive points: very silent and efficient air conditioning; good shower and hot water on tap; strategic location (we walked to Lagoa, Joaquina, Mole, Gravatá).
Other negative points: bathing suit, acoustics (construction method does not provide any privacy; it makes a hollow noise), decoration (suggestion: remove Romero Brito and put some landscape photos in the hotel's theme); call it a hotel, having the feel of an inn.
Suggestion: place a clothesline in each room.
