Breakfast service TERRIBLE SERVICE
We stayed at ap 601, we came from São Paulo and chose this ap for its privileged location, kitchen and breakfast. Our first time in Fortaleza and on a beach so far from home. I loved all the rooms on Instagram and I loved the flower decoration but as I had a busy day I ended up forgetting to close it so my experience would be perfect until then. All assistance, and any doubts I had before arriving were always well clarified via WhatsApp (congratulations). When I arrived here, I was very welcomed at reception, very well treated and guided by the guys, but after praising the sectors due, I regretfully come to point out points. that frustrated me here.
I work in a restaurant and I know how the logistics of supplying a self-service lane works, when I came to serve myself I didn't pay attention to the fact that it should only be a one-time and exclusive event (but it makes sense) I found out that the company is outsourced so I advise you to look closely because I won't go back for a service that you don't even provide. Anyway, I had a breakfast with what's on the plate cold and cold, with no supply eating the rest since 9:00 on a Sunday that lasts until 10:30, missing fruit, missing cake, tapioca, savory, cheese and ham missing... when working with buffets, replacement is ESSENTIAL in addition to taking care of the aesthetics, which by the way is terrible and several appliances were dirty and poorly washed, such as jars of stove water and the mirror. In addition to the delay in cleaning the tables with flies flying over the leftover food and heading to the dance floor. I'm writing this text waiting for the replacement (not even the black coffee is available anymore) which hasn't happened yet, missing my last day at the beach and seeing the employees talking and not worried about the work they were assigned to do. Should I ask them to do this? I don't think so... I'll continue to wait, I'll probably end up at the loss of having paid for something and not consumed it. I ordered a parmigiana yesterday which was delivered quickly as I had requested, but the pasta was all undercooked, broken and stuck together, tasteless and I paid for the packaging (which I was not informed about) which was covered for being in the room (because for me it made sense to eat in the room) terrible food (but this is my personal taste, I don't know if you are used to food of this level and without salt) But in addition to the financial loss, I have my feelings and my expectations that were not met...
I had problems at the beginning with the shower and television but nothing serious that would hurt me as much as I'm feeling right now.

location oceanfront.so you stand on the tiny balcony and all you see before you is beach(no buildings in between but almost nobody swims at this beach since water is polluted, so no beachumbrellas chairs and swimmers), only people jogging, doing some kind of aerobics, sports etc. In short not a dull moment but no beachscene and beachbars. Its about a 15 min walk to all the restaurants at Beira mar from the flat.safe walk in the early evening since many Brasilians walk in the evening for fun or jog on the same boardwalk. Flat suitable for couple and a child since there is fullbed and a sofabed.sofabed is ok but 2people on it will not be comfortable. Would stay again since we had a price of usd55 or so per night in september.Breakfast included and breakfast was a good selection.

Good for the cheap price
Location - around 300-400 m' from the beginning of Beira Mar st. And around 1 km to the beginning of the Beira Mar street market. It is just on the front road on the beach so it feels very safe to walk around the hotel.
Facilities - this is a nice condo, don't expect too much in this price you pay - but it surely satisfying. Pretty small bathroom but not a big issue.
The view from the room is outstanding, they put us on a high floor room and it was beautiful. Overall - this is a nice place surely for this low cost.
