I met with my boyfriend at the hotel, we had an incredible pool experience as well, the only negative point was the air conditioning that did not work in our stay and the lack of privacy because the walls are fine, the rest is incredible and the hotel is well positioned to the center close to everything!

Lack of organization in reservations and commitment to customers

I booked with the Hostel for the carnival season of 2026. The reservation was made by WhatsApp (I will not give names) with the hostel reception attendant. I paid 50% in advance which was the value of 900,00 for the days 12/02 to 18/02.
I received the confirmation of the schedule and the rest of the payto in the act.
When arriving at the Concept at 1:30 a.m. on February 13, the reservation was not made. Simply put, despite the prepaid payment the reservation was not made despite being informed that it was.
Horrible. In order not to stay on the street, the night attendant put us in want shared and the next morning we had to book another more expensive place (due to the low demand) and the Concept wanted to charge me the overnight fee for one of them. Absurd.
In the end my value of 900,00 was returned in full (because I argued the error of the place), and I do not recommend this Hostel.

Stay away ftom this hostel !!!

Very dirty and disgusting no AC during the day though it was a heat wave.. no towel no soap no shampoo… a small room.. sheet weren’t clean blood spots and mattress not comfortable…
Pools dirty with hair and leaves..Staff are rude and racist and agressive..
Stay away from this place it was the worst night I spend in brazil it’s not safe for women nor men !!!!

A great hostel with super value for money.

This was our first time booking a hostel for a holiday, and it far beyond our expectations. It’s sweet, friendly and very secure, with a small bar and a swimming pool in the backyard that give it the feel of a mini holiday resort.
Our room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable bedding. Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable. A basic breakfast is included, there are also a lot of cooking facilities in the kitchen area (we didn’t use), and a fountain water facility to provide cold and drinkable water for free.
The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite limited English, she did her best to give us travel tips for visiting the borders with Paraguay and Argentina—and she truly went out of her way to help us. We were very impressed with the service and highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Iguassu!

Single Double Room Review

Despite the good location, I didn’t stay out all day, so I missed the TV a bit when I got back early from the tours. The room only had cold air conditioning, and it was very cold during my stay. That was pretty uncomfortable, as I only took one cover. Even with the additional blankets offered by the accommodation, it was insufficient for two people due to the intense cold. In addition, the room had many 220V and few 110V outlets, and the outlets worked intermittently. These were the negatives of the lodging.
On the other hand, the location is excellent for those who want to visit Argentina and Paraguay by public transport, with a bus stop nearby. The walk to a big market is only 20 minutes, and the reception was polite and from Uber to shopping is close as well. For future guests, I recommend taking at least three covers in cold periods and understand that one hour outlets take another hour not. The breakfast is good and offers quite a variety.
