Hosting honeymoon

Our stay was simply impeccable! From the reception to the check-out moment, we were treated with a lot of affection, attention and professionalism.
The room was comfortable, super spacious, extremely clean and cozy, and the entire hotel structure exceeded our expectations. The staff at the reception, the restaurant and everyone who served us were always very helpful and made our experience even more special.
We received the room with a welcome letter and a tray of wonderful fruits!!
And we loved breakfast too hehe
We will definitely bring incredible memories from this place and hope to come back at a next opportunity. We recommend closed eyes!

I liked it, just need a microwave for guests to use

The lunch and restaurant staff the messengers are great, were super kind with my daughter who made birthday.
They served a gluten-free cake and snack, but one day they didn't let my food heat up because the chef didn't. But it's complicated not to be able to use for qur I am celiac and can't feed myself in the hotel sotao who needs microwave and hard.

Very good hotel

I loved the hotel, well located, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever eaten, lots of variety.

On the day of arrival, I reported that the TV wasn't working.
Nothing was done.
The next day, early in the morning, I reported that the problem persisted.
Nothing was done.
I repaired the antenna and it worked reasonably well.
I left the hotel without this issue being resolved.

An unusual experience

I had already stayed in it in 2015 and the experience that at the time was already amazing, is even better. Great dining in the rooms, attentive reception, all the incredible restaurant and breakfast staff, Anselmo, Gilberto and the pillar and dear Sebastião of an incredible attention to me (I highlight the other girls present at breakfast and afternoon tea, but unfortunately I do not remember the name). Also the structure of the snack bar and care are well worth it. The courtesy of the afternoon tea at 5 pm, the arrival drink, the concern with the guest in every detail. Super indicate the stay in it, including also the fact of being close to markets, restaurants, JL Cataratas Shopping. It is very worth staying there!
