Perfect stay for the price they charge.
I was staying at this hotel from the 10th to the 13th of January 2024. What I can say is that our stay was perfect. The double bed is wonderful. The air conditioning works very well, which is essential in Foz, as it is very hot. The room size is adequate. The breakfast is ok with several options. For the price they charge, it's great. The area is calm and well located, close to the JL Cataratas shopping mall, and on the corner there is a very affordable pizza restaurant. The Wi-Fi in the room works normally. Within a 5 km radius of the hotel there are 44 restaurant options according to Google maps, so you can get an idea of its location. Everyone at reception is super helpful, Antônio speaks several languages, I was able to talk to him in English and Italian. I needed a cloth to put on the bathroom floor and Luís quickly provided it for me. I also asked for toilet paper and Antônio gave me two rolls. If you want your room to be tidied, just leave the key in the bedroom door lock. The only drawback I had during my stay was the pillows, which were very thin. We stayed on the first floor in room 20. The hotel has two floors and does not have an elevator. The light in the bedroom corridor only comes on when you get close to the presence detector which is almost at the beginning of the corridor, which made it a little difficult for us who were more in the middle of the corridor when we left the room at night and went to lock the door, because everything was dark. If I could make one suggestion to the hotel administrators, it would be to include scrambled eggs at breakfast, and improve the quality of the pillows. Otherwise, everything is great. There is even the hotel's own parking included in the stay. Every day I parked the car I rented in front of the hotel, in the spaces facing the windows of the dining room where breakfast is served and I didn't have any problems, as I said the area is quiet and safe. The toilet flush is super strong. The bathroom is ok for the price they charge for the night, it's great. Next time I go to Foz I will stay at this hotel again. I recommend.

Acceptable
I stayed at the hotel in January 2025, only one night.
The hotel is one of the cheapest. For what it takes, I think it's acceptable. Need to improve some basic points that would give another vision to the guest.
But at least the bed was good, room clean, good shower.
Breakfast is the basics of the basics.

Positive points- Reception, room cleaning, location.
Negatives - awful breakfast, water-like juice, no eggs. There is no internet. In front of the hostel looking abandoned. Lack of trench in the toilet door.The dining room toilet does not close. We won't go back there.

Urgent maintenance
The hotel is about ten blocks from Avenida Brasil and has a reasonable price for what it offers, but it needs urgent maintenance for the room at the back, rusty windows that don't close completely, broken blinds, lack of cover on the socket, peeling paint in the room and Outside the building, remove the corner (wooden end) from the support of the good TV, which only has a few satellite channels. Reasonable breakfast. Good service, cleanliness, minibar, air conditioning, mattress and garden. Wi-fi fluctuating and slow. The building has three floors and does not have an elevator. Good for a few days and save.

Cheap but cold in the winter
We stayed in the hotel for 2 days during our visits of the falls.
During the night the outside temperature was 8 degrees Celcius and inside was not much warmer.
There is an airco/heating unit in each room but this was not sufficient in ours.
Breakfast was acceptable and the people at the desk helped us out for the planning of our trips and transport.
