Amazing.

As a transit hotel, which was my case, the hotel surprises the new and very well structured are actions. Fair price, comfortable, proportional breakfast. Careful staff. We arrived in the evening and I can say that the reception is simple so that the facilities really surprised positively.

Excellent.

Excellent service, the gentleman who stays in the reception served us super well, very polite and helpful. The comfortable beds, good edredons, great shower, everything clean, felt at home, very good breakfast. Car stands in front of the hotel, but it seems pretty safe

Muito ruim. Custo x benefício baixo.

Paguei por uma smart tv que não funcionava e só falaram depois.
Hospedes barulhentos, ou seja, sem um bom isolamento acústico. Ao solicitar que estavam fazendo muito barulho das 2h às 4h da manhã, ninguém tomou providência.
Deixei um carregador e ao retornar pra pegar, o vi na gaveta mas não me entregando alegando que esse já estava ali.
Enfim, não peço desconto, mas não gasto mais meu dinheiro ali. Por causa do trabalho, me hospedo bastante em hotéis, inclusive em Francisco Beltrão. Recomendo pagarem um pouco mais e ficarem em algum lugar melhor.

Localizado a margem da rodovia

Localizado à margem da rodovia, bom para quem está viajando de carro e precisa de um local para descansar. Hotel novo, mas mal projetado, janela do banheiro para o corredor. Precisa de mais atenção quanto a limpeza e manutenção dos quartos, o controle do quarto estava sem pilha. Não tinha toalhas , lençóis. Tivemos que solicitar a recepção, com prontidão o recepcionista nos atendeu, Ducha e banheiros bons, Quarto não tinha frigobar, e havia pernilongos no quarto, pois a janela do banheiro estava aberta e ao lado tem um terreno baldio. O hotel tem restaurante, muito bom e gostoso.
