Modest hotel in all parts: small and shabby rooms, very worn bathrooms and poor materials. Breakfast enough for quantity and quality, but nothing more. I wouldn't give it four stars at all.

Easy check-in and friendly staff. I would recommend buying your own water and other drinks instead of using the hotel provided drinks that you find in the fridge. Overall, it was a great experience and I would repeat it for sure

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff.

I've stayed at Otis on two separate occasions. It is excellently placed opposite Flamboyant shopping centre, with Flamboyant park a short walk away (10 minutes). Creme Cioccolate ice-cream parlour is just around the corner; well worth a visit. The receptionists could all speak English very well, with quite a few of them having spent time in England and Ireland. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room structure is very good if you have kids. We were able to get a room which had a main bedroom, with a separate room beside it with a sofa bed that the kids were able to sleep on. It was much better than everyone having to share the same room and having the kids in a separate room just wasn’t an option. Next time I’m in Goiania I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel for good price

Before checking in we check another hotel nearby which its price was much higher.
I think it is a good value for money as the room are clean and quiet. In any case do not take the water from the mini bar- they charge me 5 Rs. per bottle and it is way too much
