Amazing place!

This place is such a wonderful place to stay and relax! Beautiful and quiet location close to town so you have the best of both worlds. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had and is made fresh every morning. Elisete who is the host and cooks the meals is the most kind, helpful person I’ve met in Brazil. She gave such great recommendations on where to visit and places to eat. The houses are very authentic and clean and you can tell the staff takes great pride in their work. Don’t miss the waterfalls and beautiful mountain top views within a few minutes walk from here!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful setting to relax. Such an amazing place!!!

Bad value for money

Inn close to the center (1.5 km) in the middle of nature with the sound of water and birds. The structure and garden are good, but I think there is a need for restructuring so that the price charged is more fair. I stayed in a two-bedroom cottage with a wood stove that reminds us of grandma's house but in practice it doesn't work very well. It would be more practical to have at least a small microwave in case there is a need to heat at least some water as the kitchen works until 7pm and in our case it was raining a lot without being able to go out. Breakfast is good but expensive for what offers should be included in the daily rate. D Elizete, who makes the difference with her friendliness and goodwill. Without any amenities, bring soap and shampoo.

Wonderful Weekend Stay

I stayed in the Casinha Laranja with three other friends and a dog. The little house was small, but perfect. Two bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living/kitchen area. It was conveniently located to several waterfall hikes-- we easily walked to the trail heads. It was also within a 10-15 minute drive of at least two of the pedras. The staff were extremely friendly. They gave wonderful tips as far as what to see and do. The pousada was also perfect for my dog as she is medium sized and we were able to leave her while going out to eat in town. Centro (the center of Gonçalves) is very close. Within a 5-10 minute drive, we had access to the few restaurants that were there. I would definitely stay here again.

Worse place to stay in Golçalves

I spent mey last New Year's Eve in this Pousada. Terrible. We paid to have the best room but it was humid, with mold in the mattress and a disguting smell. The owner wasn't there for the 4 days we stayed there, when she finally arrived she was rude, unpolite and laughed when we complaint. Run away! This place doesn't deserve your money.
There are much better options in Gonçalves, even stay in the road is better.

Cada um escolhe onde ficar..nós não obrigamos ninguém a ficar em nossa Pousada e nem laçamos ninguém na corda....

Muito bom

Ficamos na casinha Rosa Chá, que tem lareira e banheira de hidromassagem. Estava tudo ok com a acomodação, não dei nota máxima por alguns pequenos detalhes, por exemplo: o estrado da cama fazia barulho com um mínimo movimento, incomodou um pouco. Café da manhã é ótimo, tudo preparado lá. Excelente atendimento. Eu volto!
