A great option to rest in the center of Gramado

Great atmosphere, extremely attentive staff (everyone), hearty and delicious breakfast, and very well located.

Too expensive for what it offers

Good location, within walking distance of main business streets in Gramado. However, hotel is expensive for what it offers, which is not much. Staff are professional but hotel looks old and tired. Room was large but very bland. Bad tv set in room, with no cable tv, just s few Brazilian channels. Mattress was on the hard side, no safe available. Shower head was terrible- little water and little pressure. Room was nicely warm on a cold night though. Breakfast was ok, parking not complimentary. No complimentary water bottles in room either but there was free water, cookies and coffee in reception. Very noisy guests late at night.

Despite speaking different languages, he stressed the kindness and willingness to achieve communication.

The mattress is very good quality. The super powerful shower, the cleanliness and order of the whole hotel is excellent, the breakfast super abundant, and the central location is ideal to be able to walk most of the most commercial and gastronomic area.

Charming hotel.

Charming small hotel. Very well de decorated with lots of detail. The breakfast was delicious with many kinds of food. There are many varieties of pastries, The coffee is a huge mug where you can fill with more coffee than needed. However the coffee is a kind of weak.
